What's in your lunchbox?

Eindhoven is home to 170 nationalities, and each one brings its one or more food cultures. Many beloved ingredients are hard, or even impossible, to find here. The Radical Chains Food team invites you to share the ingredients you miss. Together we want to build a community, and from there a more biodiverse and inclusive food system. During Dutch Design Week (17 to 25 October 2026) your stories come together in an interactive exhibition at Kazerne, downtown Eindhoven. From there your beloved food could grow here locally too. Share a photo of your lunchbox and tell us what you miss. It takes about two minutes. Read more about the project at kazerne-designlab.nl. Thank you! 3. Photo rights
I made this photo myself (or I own the rights to it), and I give Kazerne Foundation and its project partners permission to use and publish it, free of charge, for the Radical Chains project and related communications.

We are asking about the dish, not about you. Pick the cuisine or heritage it comes from, and feel free to skip this if you prefer.

5. Is there an ingredient in your lunch you went out of your way for?
A find from a specialty store, something hard to get, homemade, or just the best quality you could find.

6. Are there ingredients you miss to complete your lunch dish?
Anything from your lunch recipe that you cannot find in the Eindhoven region.

7. Would you like us to credit you?
If you like, add the name we may mention with your dish in the exhibition, for example your first name or your family name.

We want to tell the stories of the people behind the ingredients, not just collect the ingredients. Leave this blank to keep your contribution anonymous.

8. Your email address (free entrance for two)
Leave your email address and get free entrance for two people to the exhibition at Kazerne during Dutch Design Week, 17 to 25 October 2026 (worth 10 euro). Everyone who submits an entry gets this.

9. Festive opening draw
We draw 10 winners at random on 7 September 2026, and each winner may bring one guest (worth 40 euro). Submit before that date to take part.

Privacy statement
We use your details only for this project: your free entrance, the opening draw, crediting your contribution if you asked us to, and occasional news about Radical Food Chains. We'll never share them with third parties.
