A Single Visit is $125 for a regular lot or $150 for a corner lot. Oversized properties, unusually heavy conditions, or work outside the standard service area may require a separate estimate.
The package works out to $100 per visit ($125 corner) — regular visits keep your yard from getting buried. Leaf Xscape schedules all four collections for you between November 2026 and January 2027.
After you sign up, Leaf Xscape will contact you to coordinate your collection date(s). Dates are not guaranteed to be same-day or next-day, and weather, ground conditions, equipment issues, or other factors may require rescheduling a visit.
Returning customers pay the same rate as new customers — there's no separate returning-customer pricing. Start the signup form and complete the Customer Service Agreement for the plan you'd like: $400 regular lot / $500 corner lot for the 4-Visit Package, or $125 regular lot / $150 corner lot for a Single Visit, regardless of when you last had service. No separate quote is needed unless your property requires a custom estimate. You may pay online when you sign, or in full when service begins.
Rain, wet ground, or other conditions may require rescheduling a visit. If Leaf Xscape is unable to perform a paid visit, you'll receive a refund for that visit.
Our standard service area is the first 20 feet of your yard measured from the edge of the road or curb. Please keep leaves out of the street, gutter, and storm drains. Leaves farther than 20 feet from the roadway are outside the standard service area and may require a separate estimate.
Leaf Xscape uses commercial leaf-loading and collection equipment designed for high-volume leaf removal. This lets us service neighborhoods efficiently and haul the collected material away.

Leaf Xscape will review the request and, if appropriate, send you a personalized Custom Quote Review & Accept link showing the exact scope and price. You’ll review the service agreement, acknowledge the terms, sign electronically, and choose whether to pay securely online or when service begins.
