Director of Level 2 Partnerships

Impact Partners exists to help strengthen non-profits in the city of Charlotte by matching them to the relationships and resources they need to grow. We believe nonprofits do extraordinary work, but many struggle to access the right relationships and resources at the right time. Great potential often stalls, not for lack of passion, but for lack of connection. That’s where we come in to help.

The Level 2 Director of Partnerships connects daily with non-profit leaders, pastors and community organizers in Charlotte, NC. You’ll learn and enhance our proprietary method for matchmaking, owning the process for connecting non-profit clients with the necessary resources they need. Under your leadership, non-profits, pastors and community leaders will be paired with the exact mentors, coaches and experts they need, when they need them.

Your Accountabilities

• Contribute to the strategic direction of the organization as you deliver a high-satisfaction match experience through coaching non-profit leaders or connecting them to the resources they need

• Make deep connections across the social services sector, helping people as you move them from a broad network to a personalized collaborative relationship

• Track visible signs of your accomplishments by designing coaching engagements and successfully delivering on project expectations

• Lean into partner relationships, cultivating an accurate, up-to-date network of engaged partners, ready to serve the needs of our city

• Equip other leaders through your own coaching engagements, forming deep relationships and personally influencing the growth of other non-profits

• Work within an established 3 year strategic plan with a set of long-term goals, while enjoying the autonomy and flexibility for accomplishing them in a way that aligns with your strengths

• Actively engaged in recruiting funding to provide low-cost and no-cost coaching services to leaders and organizations with limited budgets
