About M
At M - we’re early, ambitious, and moving fast. We’re building a new category in how urban
households function. We help households run smoothly through trained professionals,
operational excellence, and technology-driven support systems.
Backed by Peak XV Partners, Blume Ventures and CRED we’re reimagining how homes
run, so people never have to think about chores again.
What you'll do:
Build from scratch. You will single-handedly create learning modules, training content, learning structure & delivery of content.
Captivate the room. Keep a young, dynamic workforce engaged. You don't just present; you get them genuinely excited to learn and improve.
Show, don't just tell. Use great visual coaching skills to make complex processes look fun, simple, and incredibly easy to execute.
Enable the Ops. Train a 24x7 team, meaning you bend your schedule and adapt your delivery methods to meet them where they are.
Reality check:
This is a 0-to-1 build, meaning you won't be inheriting a polished Learning Management System.
You are the architect and the executor. It is not a standard L&D role, you'll need to hustle, test new visual training methods on the fly, and figure out what actually sticks with a young workforce. If you need a fully structured curriculum or typical hours, this may not be it.
Who you are:
•You have at least 2 years of experience in training and developing young, frontline, or operational teams.
•You thrive in a startup or unstructured environment, bringing a go-getter attitude to everything you do.
•You get what drives people to learn and adhere to new ways of working.
•Experience with modern visual design and training tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Notion or Pitch).
•A degree or certification in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Education (Nice to have).
You Need:
•Exceptional visual coaching and presentation skills. You make modules look fun and engaging.
•High energy and high agency. You can single-handedly drive the L&D function without waiting for a roadmap.
•Flexibility to work unconventional hours to support a 24x7 workforce.
•A deep understanding that learner engagement matters just as much as the curriculum itself.
