Visible Minds Submissions

91% of neurodivergent employees mask their traits at work to avoid stigma.

Visible Minds is an independent, community-driven project launched to share the workplace experiences of diagnosed / self diagnosed neurodivergent professionals or families, parents, and caregivers navigating neurodivergence. The goal is to make the invisible visible, helping organisations and leaders learn from real, lived experiences to build more inclusive cultures.

We want to hear from the people who intentionally choose to stay under the radar. If there are things about your neurodivergent experience you usually keep to yourself at work, this is a space to share them.
