Needs and requests for participation

If you would like text support with UD Talk during the post-concert talk, please check the item below.
If there is anything you need, would like to request, or would like to tell us in advance in order to participate, please write it here. Examples: screen-reader-friendly programme data (Word file), a large-print programme (printed copy or data), programme data for reading in advance, or anything you would like to tell us in advance about entering the venue or seating. If you have a preferred format or way of receiving the material, please include that as well.
UD Talk text support will mainly provide live text for speech in Japanese. If English display is provided, it will use automatic translation, but it will not be provided by a professional interpreter or translator. It may be difficult for us to accurately correct or edit the automatic translation results.
If advance delivery of programme data or similar arrangements are needed, we will contact you at the email address you entered in the booking form. If confirmation or consultation is needed, we will also contact you at the same email address.
For preparation purposes, please let us know as early as possible if there is anything you need or would like to request. After submitting the booking form, if you need to add or change anything, or if confirmation or consultation is needed, please contact us at the contact email address listed at the bottom of the booking form.
Depending on what you tell us, it may be difficult for us to respond to everything due to venue, staffing, equipment, or other practical constraints. In that case, we will discuss possible ways to respond within our capacity.
The information you provide will be used only for communication and preparation necessary for your participation.
