Key Responsibilities

Operations: Oversee daily workshop operations and workflow.

Team Lead: Supervise technicians, service advisors, and floor activities.

Quality Control: Ensure repair quality, turnaround time, and safety compliance.

Coordination: Allocate jobs, tools, and resources effectively.

Reporting: Update management on workshop performance and needs.

Qualifications

3+ years in workshop operations or automotive service leadership.

Strong technical knowledge of vehicle servicing; EV experience is a plus.

Proven ability to supervise teams and manage workflow.

Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.

Ability to maintain service standards and customer satisfaction.
