## How to use (10 minutes)
1) Pick **one operational loop** (examples: patch compliance, cost drift triage, certificate rotation, onboarding a subscription, private endpoint DNS onboarding).
2) Open the **Scorecard** tab and set *Status* for each rung.
3) Your **Current level** is the highest rung where everything up to that rung is **Yes**.
4) Set **Target level** (usually Current + 1).
5) Open **Roadmap** and fill in the next milestone row (Owner, ETA, evidence).
