Seeds & Stories: The Monthly Reset

Before we plant new seeds, we prepare the soil. 🌱


The days leading up to the New Moon in Cancer invite us to slow down, reflect and gently let go of what we’ve outgrown. Just as a gardener clears the earth before sowing new seeds, this is a beautiful time to make space for what wants to emerge.

Together we’ll gather in a warm, welcoming online circle to explore this month’s theme:

🌑 Preparing the Ground

Through guided reflection and gentle journalling we’ll explore:

• What are you ready to release? • What has quietly run its course? • What kind of inner landscape do you want to cultivate before setting intentions for your month ahead.

This is a space to reflect, dream and explore what’s next through a series of guided writing prompts.

Inspired by the nurturing energy of Cancer, we’ll also reflect on what helps us feel safe, supported and truly at home within ourselves. From that place, new beginnings can grow with stronger roots.


There’ll be space to share if you feel called and just as much permission to simply listen.
