The strange thing about agent infrastructure: it may be the most
important shift in tech, and almost nobody can explain it clearly.
That's the whole job. The companies that win this category won't just
build the best infra, they'll be the ones who made it make sense to
everyone else. Whoever explains this clearly, wins. The throughline of
this role is Clarity. That's it.
You'll go down the rabbit hole on agents, inference, evals, the whole
stack, until you have a take you'd defend in a room full of engineers,
then ship it. SEO articles that rank. Essays people send each other.
Launch copy. The founders' posts. You'll read ten sources, find the one
insight everyone else skimmed past, and write it so that a sharp
16-year-old and a skeptical CTO both come away getting it.
What you'll own
• Ren's written voice everywhere it shows up: blog, socials, landing pages, launch copy.
• A content engine that turns deep technical topics into things people actually read.
• The SEO surface: articles that rank and bring the right people in.
Who you are
• A compulsion to understand things all the way down. You refuse to write a sentence you haven't actually grasped.
• You follow the AI / agents space obsessively and have opinions sharp enough to annoy people.
• You run agents to research and draft, but you have the taste to catch the model when it's confidently wrong.
• Published work that proves it.
- You work directly with the founders, and your name goes on the work.
We're building you into a voice in this space, not ghostwriting you
into a void.
- Generous AI tooling budget. If it makes you faster, it's already approved.
- We hire on what you've published, not your degree. Fast process, usually one round, a decision in days.
- The group chat has good taste and strong opinions. You won't be the smartest person in it, which is the point.
