Role Overview
3Musafir is hiring a part-time Bookkeeping Associate (junior level) to support financial tracking across trips, payments, and operations. This role focuses on maintaining records, reconciling transactions, and bringing basic structure to data using spreadsheets or accounting tools.
Key Responsibilities
Record and update financial transactions (PKR + USD)
Reconcile payments across bank, cash, and internal sheets
Track
dues, partial payments, and refunds
Clean and organize incomplete or messy data
Assist in weekly summaries (collections, outstanding, cash flow)
Maintain consistency and basic audit trails
Requirements
Good working knowledge of
Google Sheets / Excel
Exposure to tools like QuickBooks or Xero is a plus
Basic understanding of financial records and reconciliation
Detail-oriented and willing to learn
Comfortable working with imperfect data
Work Details
Part-time (flexible, remote)
