By submitting this order, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Service
The Standard Strata Inspection Report is prepared following an inspection of the strata records made available by the strata manager or building manager in accordance with the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 (NSW). The report is based solely on documents available at the time of inspection.
2. Fees
The report fee includes GST and the standard $60 inspection/search fee typically charged by the strata managing agent. Any additional charges imposed by the strata manager or building manager (including urgent access fees, copying fees, or additional search fees) will be the responsibility of the client.
3. Turnaround Time
The Standard Report is generally delivered within 24 hours after the inspection is completed, subject to access being provided to the strata records.
4. Access to Records
Delivery times may be affected if access to strata records is delayed or restricted by the strata manager, building manager, or Owners Corporation.
5. Limitation of Responsibility
The report is prepared based on the records available at the time of inspection. Reliable Strata Inspections cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of records maintained by the strata manager or Owners Corporation.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled without charge prior to the inspection being conducted.
If cancellation occurs after the inspection has been completed, the full report fee will be payable as the service has already been performed.
