One of the purposes of the annual meeting is to elect directors to the Association's Board of Directors. At the meeting on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, three (3) board position(s) must be filled. The three (3) position(s) have the following terms: all for 2-year terms. Nominations will be accepted in advance of the meeting as well as at the meeting. The Proxy form must be signed by the Designated Voting Representative as it authorizes someone else to vote on your behalf. PLEASE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ATTEND THE MEETING OR SEND YOUR PROXY. If you don’t know to whom to proxy your vote, please authorize a current director or a co-owner who will attend the meeting.
