The matrix has three columns, which say what is being evaluated: Accessibility, Usability, and Universal Design. It has three rows, which say at which level: Output, Process, and Societal Impact. The cells are empty on purpose.
Output is what gets built or made. Process is how it was planned, designed and decided, and who took part. Societal Impact is what it does to society over time.
Use this form to add questions, thoughts, and candidate indicators to the cells. Fill in as many cells as you like, one thing or several per cell, and
submit you contributions when you are done. Contributions are anonymous and will be published as an open dataset at
nonclusive.org/matrix under a CC BY 4.0 licence.
