Your migration can't be processed without screenshots proving what you own. Show your studio name in each screenshot wherever possible so the team can match it to your request. Upload them in the 📸 Upload your proof screenshots section at the bottom of this form.
If you played in the community that is closing, tell us which dancers, teachers and game passes you owned. The team checks every request by hand before anything is added to your account.
Keep it safe: don’t enter your real name, email, phone number or password anywhere on this form. We only need your Roblox username.
Choose items from the lists. Only things that exist in Build A Dance Studio can be moved. Tick "I want to claim …" on a section to open it. Unticking it again clears everything you entered in that section.
What to capture
Take in-game screenshots that show everything you listed above:
• 🏷️ Your studio name visible in each screenshot wherever possible (your Roblox username too, if it's on screen)
• Dancers: each dancer and its rarity, so we can count your copies at every rarity
• Teachers: each teacher you own
• Songs, titles and costumes: your collection screens
• Game passes: your owned passes
Anything we can't see in a screenshot can't be moved.
PNG, JPEG or WebP images, 10 MB each. Add as many as you need. Please send in-game screenshots only, not camera photos.
We use these details only to review and move your items. Requests and screenshots are deleted 14 days after they are processed.
