We are hiring a Content Creator to join our Marketing Department and lead content execution across two strategic brands, White Spaces and Work&Co. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution and plays a direct role in shaping brand perception, supporting lead generation, and driving community growth.
The ideal candidate is passionate, energetic, and multi-skilled, with strong hands-on abilities in content creation, social media management, visual design, video production, and editing.

Work&Co is a community-driven coworking brand designed for entrepreneurs, freelancers, startups, and independent professionals. It offers flexible workspaces that combine productivity, creativity, and community in a modern and energetic environment.We’re looking for a passionate, energetic, multi-skilled content creator and marketer who can confidently manage both B2B and B2C brands, combining creativity, strategic thinking, and strong execution across platforms.
Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage content across all social media platforms for both White Spaces and Work&Co.

- Develop and execute content strategies for B2B and B2C audiences, ensuring each brand maintains its own voice, tone, and positioning.

- Create written content in Arabic (professional level) and English (good level) tailored to each platform.

- Design visual content including posts, carousels, and campaign creatives aligned with brand guidelines.

- Produce and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn videos), including scripting, shooting, and editing.

- Manage social media accounts end-to-end, including publishing, scheduling, community management, and engagement.

- Build LinkedIn authority and thought leadership content for White Spaces.

- Grow community engagement and lifestyle-focused content for Work&Co.

- Monitor content performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.

- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align content with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in B2B and B2C content creation and social media management.

- Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, video making, and storytelling.

- Hands-on experience in design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar).

- Strong capabilities in video production and editing.

- Solid understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

- Ability to manage multiple brands and content calendars simultaneously.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

- Arabic copywriting proficiency (required) and good English writing skills.

- Full-time, on-site availability in Jeddah with flexibility to commute between locations when required.
