The Newport NewWorks festival experience is hypercollaborative. You will be working in an environment where you will receive feedback and ideas from producers, directors, music directors, actors, industry experts, etc. None of the feedback will be mandates in any way, but we expect you would be open and willing to engage in this dialogue and consider how ideas shared best fit (or do not fit) with the goals of your writing and your piece. Please share how comfortable you and your team feel about working in this type of environment and process?
