This is a 6-week programme. For women who are self-aware but feel scattered and unsure, and want the foundation and structure to bring it all together, and move confidently.

What this is

You've done therapy. You've read the books. You can name your patterns. You have language for attachment, self-worth, shame, boundaries.

What you can't do is act on what you know.

The insight is real. And insight without foundation and structure hits a ceiling. That's the gap this programme is built to close.

Over six weeks you'll build the four inner pillars that let you trust yourself, make your own judgements, and take action. You'll apply a specific 6-step framework to one area of your life you've been circling. And you'll walk out with evidence you can point to: things you did, decisions you made, a way of operating that stays yours.

How it works

Kickoff call: Saturday 5 September. 2 hours. Live & recorded,
1:1 sync with me in your first week. 45 minutes.
Personalised focus brief and workbook after your 1:1, yours to keep.
Weekly Monday email with the framework move for the week and exercises to build the pillars.
Cohort WhatsApp group for peer support throughout.
Mid-way teaching & group check in call at the end of week 3. 60 minutes.
Closing call in mid-October. 2 hours.
Closing report at the end of the programme, yours to keep.
Final 1:1 call
Time commitment from 1 to 2 hours per week

Refund policy. Sales are final. If after the kickoff call you feel this isn't for you, you can request a refund within 24 hours. And if you complete the full six weeks and honestly don't feel you got any value from it, I'll refund you.

What if I'm unable to attend the live sessions?
The kickoff, mid-way, and closing calls are recorded and shared within 48 hours. You can watch on your own time. The 1:1 is scheduled around your availability.

What if I need to pause or drop out?
Life happens. If you need to pause, message me, and we'll figure it out.

What if I want more support after the six weeks?
Alumni get first access to future cohorts, an alumni WhatsApp group, and quarterly alumni calls. You can also work with me 1:1 after the cohort if that's the right next step.
