Insight to Action — Application
This is an 8-week programme by Ellen Nguyen. For women who are self-aware but feel scattered and unsure, and want the foundation and structure to bring it all together and move forward confidently.
Kickoff: Saturday 3 October 2026.
Applications close Wednesday, 30 September.
You've done the inner work — therapy, journaling, books — and you can explain yourself better than you can change yourself
Self-doubt and second-guessing stop you before you start, and you want to act without waiting to feel ready
You start strong but fall off when life throws you, and perfectionism turns into procrastination
You keep choosing what looks good over what actually fits you, and you want to close that gap
You're tired of the harsh inner critic that shames you
You're in a period of change or transition and you need structure to land
What happened in the pilot (wrapping up - formal stories and testimonials to be shared soon)
One woman wanted to get over a breakup and start a job search. One thing underneath was that she'd never learned to say what she needed. Just after 3 weeks, she could feel a "huge difference" about her last relationship, in which she used to shrink and doubt herself. She could stop the urge to check his profiles. Six weeks later, she'd learned to state her needs clearly (with written evidence), drawn a boundary she'd been avoiding for years and landed a job interview. She described this program as "a forcing system that helps you change what you hesitated to do for a long time"
"I want to send a huge thank you for the incredible insights you shared during our 1:1 sync today! I was honestly "Wow" by how directly you addressed everything - getting straight to the point, and I was so pleasantly surprised by how you understood my situation. Your genuine care and encouragement mean a lot to me, and the fresh perspectives you provided were exactly what I needed. I feel completely clear on my next steps now and I am absolutely ready to put these changes into action!
Another came in wanting a more senior job title. The program helped her work through her limiting beliefs and gain the inner permission to be seen. By halfway, she was able to trust her judgment and turn down a job that wasn't aligned with her. By the end, she was reaching out to senior contacts on LinkedIn as a peer as part of the program exercises; one of those messages turned into an interview. She described this program as "Self-transformation. It's for when you want to shift limiting beliefs to gain a better understanding of yourself and have a better quality of life."
"I feel seen. I feel that my emotions are valid. I feel you're actually invested in my growth as much as I am."
"It was difficult to find a programme that doesn't just put all your problems on the surface, but actually shifts them."
This programme helps you find what's actually in your way, holding you back, then we build the structure that makes you act on it and build the muscles of serving your own interest.
4 pillars — Fundamental shifts in how you see and treat yourself.
Move 1 — Choose one thing. You stop trying to do everything at once and pick the one that matters most.
Move 2 — Change the structure, not just the mindset. You stop trying to behave differently in the same setup. You change one condition so the old behaviour has nowhere to live.
Move 3 — Make the cost concrete and pay it. Everything you want has a price. You name it in full and take the first action that begins paying it.
Move 4 — Build a forcing function. Willpower fails for hard things. You engineer a structure where not acting becomes more painful than acting.
Move 5 — Act on the first clear read. Most stalling is analysis dressed as caution. You identify the decision you've been overthinking and act on what you already know.
Move 6 — Design around your actual wiring. You stop building plans for an idealised version of yourself and redesign them for the person you actually are, including your limits.
Move 7 — Let identity follow behaviour. You stop waiting to feel ready. You let the evidence of what you've done reshape who you think you are. Then you build the operating system that keeps it going.
You're looking for someone to tell you what to do so you don't have to think.
You want a quick fix or an outcome done for you.
You're in acute crisis and need therapy or a doctor.
You're not able to commit 1-2 hours per week to the work.
You don't like written work.
You genuinely have too much going on right now.

Hi, I'm Ellen Nguyen.
I help self-aware women trust their own judgment and live on their terms.
I did it myself, many times over: From growing up in an unhappy home with anxious attachment, to feeling secure in myself, making my own decisions, and living a life I love. From being stuck on a work visa to a fast-track promotion at J.P Morgan and a six-figure Director role at Mastercard. From an inactive lifestyle to the fittest I've been at 32.
Now I teach the repeatable frameworks, from the inside out, with a BSc in Psychology, years of writing for top publications (BBC, Business Insider, Glamour, Cosmo etc) with millions of views, and an audience of over 60K across platforms.
