Liberty on the Lake - Vendor Interest Form

Welcome! We’re so glad you’re interested in being part of Liberty on the Lake. This exciting community celebration will take place on Saturday, June 27 from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and we’re looking forward to creating a fun, festive atmosphere with an incredible lineup of vendors.

We are currently accepting applications for the following vendor categories:

- Market Vendors (handmade goods, boutique items, local products, etc.) - Cottage Vendors - Home Kitchen (baked goods, jams & jellies, candy, etc.)

- Commercial Vendors (businesses, services, promotions, etc.) - Food Trucks

Before you get started, please be sure you’re filling out the correct application.


Market Vendor Application

This application is intended for market vendors (art, makers, boutiques, etc.).

Fee: $100 Includes: 10x10 booth space (10x20 available for additional cost) Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, table, and chairs.
IMPORTANT: Booth fees are NOT DUE at the time of application. If your application is approved for an event, we will send you a payment link.
Cottage Food Vendor Application

This application is intended for cottage food vendors (good baked in a home kitchen).

Fee: $100 Includes: 10x10 booth space (10x20 available for additional cost) Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, table, and chairs.
IMPORTANT: Booth fees are NOT DUE at the time of application. If your application is approved for an event, we will send you a payment link.
Commercial Vendor Application

This application is intended for all commercial vendors (larger business, gyms, studios, ).

Fee: $200 Includes: 10x10 booth space (10x20 available for additional cost) Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, table, and chairs.

IMPORTANT: Booth fees are NOT DUE at the time of application. If your application is approved for an event, we will send you a payment link.

Food Truck Vendor Application

This application is intended for all food vendors (restaurants, food trucks, and on-site cooking-based businesses). A valid health permit will be required for all food vendors/food partners.

Fee: $300

Includes: 12x30 space (may vary)
