Welcome to the Women4Cyber Gender & Digital Resilience Assessment
This is a free assessment tool called GEDIRA (Gender & Digital Resilience Assessment) that maps where an organisation stands across the five EU regulatory areas that are all converging around gender equity governance right now: the Board Directive deadline in June 2026, pay transparency, CSRD reporting, talent pipeline, and cybersecurity governance. As far as we know, nothing else covers all five in one place.
All responses are treated as confidential. Data collected in this assessment is processed by Women4Cyber Foundation as the data controller. It is stored on EU servers, used solely to generate your assessment report, and retained for 24 months. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data by contacting assessment@women4cyber.eu
You will receive an automated report with your score and gap analysis within 3-5 days of submission.
The best person to complete it would be whoever has oversight of board governance or HR policy - a General Counsel, Company Secretary, Head of HR, Chief People Officer, or Diversity lead. Most of the answers relate to governance structures and policies these roles will already have to hand. An ESG or Sustainability officer would also be well placed, particularly on the reporting and cybersecurity sections. If any information is unclear or unavailable, you are encouraged to contact the appropriate personnel to obtain the necessary details.
Individual answers are never published or shared. Your data is used solely to generate your organisation's personalised gap report and, in anonymised form only, to contribute to the European Gender and Digital Resilience Benchmark. No individual company is identifiable in any published data.
