Applications do not guarantee acceptance.
This event includes multiple experiences beyond vendors and does not operate like a traditional market environment. It is important that your product or service is well suited to the event and its audience.
The event features carnival rides, live DJs and artists, interactive activations, and entertainment experiences.
The audience consists of persons of all ages, 80% being teenagers, and parents with young children.
Vendor spaces are extremely limited. Duplicate offerings will generally not be accepted unless the organisers see fit.
Applicants must be fully compliant. Contact Admin BEFORE applying if you need assistance with compliance.
No water, cooldrinks, or beverages may be sold unless specifically approved by GHOST EVENTS and its organisers.
Management reserves the right to approve, decline, or remove vendors at its discretion.
