Little Iqra Club - Pilot Qualification Survey

This short survey will help us determine your eligibility and better understand the families we hope to serve.

For our Pilot Program we are looking for:

- Families with children between ages 0-5

- Located in California

- Willing to provide feedback after receiving books to help us shape our program

* Spaces are limited during this initial launch and you will be notified via email if you have been selected. Don't worry, our plan is to make this open to everyone inshallah, but we need to start with a limited launch so we can create the best experience for our families.
