Creative Strategist Application — Retropia (retro-pia.com)

Retropia is on a mission to take over the creative industry. Our trajectory looks like this: a Retropia product in every creators kit. Our products are designed to turn everyday moments into visuals that feel like a dream. We are a feeling brand, not a tech brand.

About this role

A few things to know before you apply:

Retropia is just over one year old, and spend on average $250k/m on paid media. our goal is to get to $1m/month in spend. This is a hands-on builder seat, not a manager-in-name-only role. You'll own the entire creative cycle: research, briefs, batches, analysis, iteration, and your work will be judged on commercial outcomes, not only aesthetics.

We read every application personally, so be specific. Skip the polish, show us how you actually think. ~20 minutes.
