The Steps Foundation was established to help less-advantaged students excel academically and professionally, from early school years through to university and careers. Tackling socio-economic disadvantage is our primary focus, and every programme we run is built to close opportunity gaps with real, measurable impact.

Our current priorities:

• Building a high-quality website • Conducting school outreach nationwide • Securing corporate partnerships and sponsors to catalyse our mission

To deliver this, we’re hiring:

• Tech Lead -> helping build our website (coding experience preferred) • Schools Lead -> organising school visits • Partnerships Lead -> coordinating with corporate firms and negotiating deals • Events Coordinator -> lower commitment role; helping put together our events
