Burnout Type Test (caregivers)

Thanks for your interest in this survey, which is designed to measure different types of burnout. Burnout can show up in different ways for different people, which means people can have burnout and not realise it because they don't relate to what they have heard about it. Some people with burnout continue to push themselves harder, neglecting their needs (sleep, relationships), others withdraw from responsibilities because they are too overwhelming to deal with, and some people experience burnout when their work is not engaging enough and they become disconnected.
After the main survey, I have some question on what you would like to know about burnout, whether you've tried anything to reduce burnout before, and whether any of those things you tried were ineffective or made the problem worse.
I will be using these answers to develop a product that assesses burnout type and delivers tailored advice for dealing with burnout based on your specific presentation of symptoms.
Note: At this time, I do not have automatic scoring, so I will not be able to tell you your score. If you would like to receive your score, there is a space to provide your email address at the end which I will only use to send you your result.
These first questions are optional and help provide contextual information on your responses.
