A Night of Light Gala - Art Exhibtion Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in the SAVE Family Foundation's inaugural A Night of Light Gala. We are seeking original works inspired by the theme "Illumination".

This application serves as an expression of interest to be possibly included in our art exhibition on October 11, 2026 at the Kimpton-Sawyer Hotel in Sacramento, CA. Our selection committee will review all completed pieces and choose the artwork that best reflects the theme, artistic quality, and suitability for the event. Winners from this submission process will be invited to present their work to various art collectors, donors, and other attendees at our event. The gala will culminate in a live art auction where we will do a 50/50 split of the proceeds from the sale of your artwork. We understand not all artists are interested in selling their work but still may be open to showing the work, or competing for a prize so we can have that option for you as well, if applicable.

We are based in Northern California. We encourage rising local artists and creatives of all backgrounds to apply; a mention of a personal story or description of how art has positively influenced your mental health is strongly encouraged.

Auction proceeds will be shared as follows:

50% of the final sale price will be paid to the artist.50% will support SAVE Family Foundation's mental health initiatives, helping expand access to behavioral health services in our community.

Rules: NO AI-generated material, your piece must be displayable (people can approach it without anyone to explain it, similar to museum pieces), resonates with the theme of "Illumination"
