The purpose of this wage survey is to collect accurate local data for manufacturing positions in Alamance County and the surrounding area. With this data, we hope to provide benchmarks for commonly employed positions for the wage rates, as well as benefits, community engagement, and employee experience overall.
This survey prioritizes data relevant to organizations categorized in Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Data Processing industries.
Participation in this survey guarantees access to the completed data report, expected later this summer. All published data will be anonymous, and only respondents will receive the completed wage survey report.
This survey is estimated to take about 30 minutes to complete, though you should be able to save your place and return as needed.
Survey will be open for responses until August 5, 2026.
