Key Responsibilities
• Perform daily back-office tasks related to client account management
• Review and verify client documentation (KYC, onboarding forms, proof of identity/address)
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Monitor and reconcile clients’ accounts and transactions across platforms
• Assist with reporting requirements and maintaining regulatory records
• Communicate with the Compliance, Finance, Sales, and Customer Support teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Track operational performance and maintain internal databases
• Handle communication with PSPs, liquidity providers, and external partners when required
• Support onboarding for IBs, Affiliates, and Partners in the MENA region
• Ensure all operational procedures follow regulatory and company guidelines
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks
