Key Requirement:
- Proficient with Close or similar CRM platforms.
- 1-2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Resilience, determination, and a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, 10-20 hours a week
- Ability to commute long distances
- Must be able to work in our Millbrae, CA office, Monday and Tuesday 10am-4pm PST
Lead Types
Outbound lead: You initiate first contact (cold calls, driving for dollars, etc).
Inbound lead: Seller contacts the company first (ads, website, PPC, phone, etc).
Compensation (This is a commission based role)
Outbound deals: 40 percent of assignment fee.
Inbound deals: 20 percent of assignment fee.
Commission paid only after closing and receipt of assignment funds.
