As a volunteer, you will receive an Uncloud T-shirt, food during your shift, and free access to the festival/exhibition (not accessible for the concerts at Modulation. and EKKO). Unfortunately, we are not able to cover transportation costs to and from the venue.
The event takes place at the Beatrixgebouw, directly across from Utrecht Central Station, making it easy to reach by public transport.
Before the event, we will create a shared schedule with your shifts based on the availability you provide in this form. We are looking for people who can cover a minimum of 2 shifts throughout the period to get more familiar with the space and the team. A shift lasts, on average, between 4 and 6 hours.
Your schedule is not set in stone; if your availability changes, you can always let us know and add or remove a time slot where possible.
