Worthiness Wounds describe the places where your worth may have come to feel conditional.
They can develop when you learn that you need to be helpful, pleasing, successful, attractive, selfless, strong or “good” to receive love, approval, recognition or opportunity.
Over time, these patterns can make it difficult to trust that you are already enough, without needing to prove, perform, perfect or change who you are.
They may influence how comfortable it feels to receive love, support, appreciation and abundance; express your needs; set boundaries; trust your value; share your gifts; rest; succeed and take up space.
They may also appear as people-pleasing, perfectionism, overachievement, comparison, self-criticism, undercharging, hiding your gifts or accepting less than you deserve.
Not every pattern you recognise will be connected to something you consciously remember. Some may have developed through your own life experiences, while others may have been carried through your family system, ancestral lineage, collective experiences or other lifetimes.
These influences can appear as beliefs, emotions or protective responses that feel familiar, even when you cannot explain where they began. You don’t need to identify the exact source, uncover a memory or decide which explanation is correct for this assessment to be helpful.
Simply notice what feels present for you now. Nothing here means that something is wrong with you, it may simply reveal a pattern that is ready for greater awareness, healing and freedom.
