Feeling safe and secure in our homes is a big part of our quality of life.
Although Toronto is often mentioned as a "safe" city, you have to wonder who is actually doing these reports.
This is my attempt at getting REAL people involved. No filter here.

As our city continues to grow and evolve, ensuring the safety and security of our homes remains a top priority for every resident.
A few recent stats include:
-12 people shot in one weekend (July 11th weekend)
-The top 3 areas for Home Invasions are Bedford Park-Nortown, Willowdale and West Hill (Toronto Police)
-Rosedale has been targeted by burglars at a rate more than 2X the Toronto average, ranking it among the top three neighborhoods for per capita break-ins and thefts (Source: The Guardian)
