Welcome the inaugural Castle DAO

Castle DAO is a curated two-week residency for founders, builders, operators, investors, and institutions working at the edge of Solana.

Hosted at Slane Castle in Ireland, Castle DAO is designed to create the kind of environment that is difficult to replicate at a normal conference. It brings together high-signal people from Ireland and around the world for focused work, meaningful collaboration, and relationships that continue well beyond the residency.

The castle will operate as a high-performance working environment, with dedicated desks, monitors, breakout spaces, and the infrastructure needed to build properly. At the same time, performance should never come at the expense of the builder. The experience includes time away from the desks, wellbeing sessions, shared activities, strong food, and the Irish hospitality that sits at the heart of Castle DAO.

This is not a passive event. Participants are expected to arrive ready to build, contribute to the room, and make real progress.

We strongly encourage teams and individuals to attend for the full two weeks, as the greatest value comes from spending time together and becoming part of the community. However, we understand that this may not be possible for everyone, and shorter stays are welcome.
