PILATES PRINCESS CELEBRATION EXPERIENCE AGREEMENT
By booking a Pilates Princess Package with Highly Active Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required to secure your event date and time. Your reservation is not confirmed until this deposit has been received.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled event time.
Cancellations made
48 hours or more in advance will retain the deposit as a credit toward a future booking (valid for 30 days).Cancellations made
less than 48 hours prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of
50% of the deposit.
3. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Only one reschedule is permitted per booking.
4. Final Guest Count
Final guest count must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the event. No-shows or last-minute reductions in guest count will not be refunded.
5. Event Timing
Your booking includes a fixed time slot. Late arrivals will result in a shortened experience, as sessions must end at the scheduled time to accommodate following bookings.
6. Client Responsibility
The booking client is responsible for ensuring all guests arrive on time and adhere to studio guidelines.
