By commissioning the artist, you agree to these Terms of Service
I - General• I own the rights of my art; the client is paying for the service
• I have the right to deny my service for any reason
• I reserve the right to update and modify this document
II - Development
• After filling up the form, I'll get in contact with the client and send them an invoice.
• The commission will be done in 1-3 day(s)
III - Payment• Full payment must be made in advance
• I accept payments through Wise, Paypal and Pix (for Brazilians)
• The prices are set in United States Dollars (USD)
IV - Refund
• There will be no refunds after I tell the client I have started working on their commission
• If for some reason I decide that I can't finish the commission, the client will be fully refunded
V - Dos and Don'ts I will NOT work with the following items:
• Humans, humanoids and related
VI - Copyright & Posting
• The client will receive the full quality image file
• If the client does not want the image to be shared publicly, in the case of a gift, they should tell me beforehand. No commission will be kept private.
• The client may post the finished commission anywhere, anytime they want, as long as they credit me and link to one of my social medias
• I reserve the right to use scrapped sketches in future projects
• I reserve the right to modify, edit and repurpose the finished artwork for personal uses, such as for the publicity of my work
• The commission is for personal use only. It can be modified to be used as an icon, banner, sticker, etc. as long as it doesn't generate profit
