No screen exposure – We do not allow interaction with screens

Moderate use – Intentional daily use, usually less than 45 minutes

Regular use – Daily use ranging from 1 to 2 hours

High use – More than 2 hours daily or unregulated screen time

Highly intentional nutrition – Meals mostly prepared at home / breastfeeding or carefully planned meals with strict guidelines are in place to support nutrition

Well-balanced eating – Generally consistent meals with adequate proteins, vegetables, carbs, plus occasional snacks, fruits, or formula supplementation

Selective / developing variety – My child is a picky eater and trying new foods can sometimes be challenging

Convenience-based eating – Regular eating out and/or frequent use of packaged snacks and high-carb foods or drinks
