Please include the following:
• A description of the tattoo you’re looking to get. Please include screenshots and/or references of your inspiration, predrawn designs or any other important ideas you have. The more references the better for a custom piece.
• Include the size of the tattoo you’d like in inches and where on the body you’re wanting it placed.
• Your preferred appointment date and time and a few additional dates that would otherwise work.
• Your budget, if you have one
• Your name & phone number
• Any other important information you’d like to include!
