Tell me about you.

Not your résumé - you. Who are you in this season of your life?

Where are you in your writing and creative journey right now?

What draws you to Writing from the Top of Your Head®?

What feels exciting or alive about becoming a facilitator?

What’s something you’d love your future students to say about your workshops?

Dream big!

This training is small (12 participants max) and highly interactive. Attendance Commitment:

We meet live, and your presence matters. You may miss up to 3 sessions (recordings provided), but consistent attendance is expected. Can you commit to that? Any known conflicts?

How do you tend to show up in group learning spaces?

Leader? Quiet processor? Question-asker? Observer? Something else?

When you receive feedback, especially if it’s unexpected, how do you usually respond?

No good or bad here! I’m quite rejection-sensitive, so I understand the delicacy of these matters!

This work is rooted in:

Positive-only feedback, emotional safety, playfulness, respect for diversity and diverse lived experiences, creative risk without critique...
How does that resonate with you?

Are there any topics, identities, or themes that feel activating or challenging for you in group spaces?

Self-awareness is welcome here.

Diversity, equity, kindness, and inclusion are active commitments in these spaces.

If those values do not align with you, this likely isn’t the right fit. Is there anything you’d like to share about how you relate to this?

How do you imagine using your WFTH certification?

Workshops? Retreats? Specific communities? Online? In-person?

What unique strengths, lived experiences, or creative tools would you bring to your future workshops?

What would make this training deeply meaningful for you?

This program requires basic Zoom and computer literacy.

Are you comfortable navigating online platforms independently? Or can you find assistance?

How do you learn best in virtual spaces?

Any accessibility needs I should be aware of?
