Work Arrangement: Full-time, Work From Office
Work Week: 5 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays. Team members receive 2 rotational weekdays off.
Shift Timings: Flexible based on operational requirements
Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

The Role
This is not a traditional operations role.
As a Program Manager, you'll act as the operational orchestrator for a portfolio of
households while helping design the systems, workflows, and AI-enabled processes that
power M.
You'll sit at the intersection of operations, service design, technology, and customer
experience, helping define what Household Management as a Service should look like at
scale.
What You'll Own
Household Operations
● Meal planning and execution workflows
● Grocery and recurring ordering systems
● Inventory management processes
● Staff scheduling and accountability
● Service quality and member satisfaction
● Household Staff SOP adherence
● Service quality and staff experience (NPS)
Cross-Functional Coordination
You will coordinate across multiple internal teams:
● Commerce Team → for on-demand ordering and platform purchases
● Research Team → for long-tail requests, sourcing, and vendor discovery
● Supply Team → for staffing requirements including cooks, maids, chef coaches,
nutritionists, meal planners
You will become exceptionally strong at orchestrating fragmented workflows across people,
tools, vendors, and AI systems.
AI & Automation
A fundamental component of this position involves the identification of:
● Recurrent operational workflows
● Complex decision-making trees
● Fragmented communication loops
● Systemic coordination bottlenecks
● Inherent operational inefficiencies
...which are prime candidates for AI-driven automation.
You will be expected to leverage:
● Intelligent AI copilots
● Advanced workflow automation platforms
● Autonomous agent-based systems
● Custom no-code solutions
● Strategic prompt engineering techniques
Our objective goes beyond simply integrating tools; you will:
● Engineer new workflows specifically for AI capabilities
● Determine processes ready for autonomous execution
● Develop the foundational playbook for AI-native living
As we scale, the systems you architect will evolve into sophisticated, agent-ified operations.
What We're Looking For
● 2–6 years of experience in Operations, Program Management, Consulting, Startups,
or Customer Experience
● Strong systems thinking and structured problem-solving abilities
● Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
● Comfort working in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
● Curiosity about AI and technology-enabled operations
