About MAAT:

MAAT is building the operating system for community-driven sports.

We help gyms run smoother, grow faster, while we connect practitioners to a broader ecosystem of events, gear, and experiences.

We’re a small, product-driven team obsessed with detail and and polished designs.

The Role:

We’re looking for a with extreme curiosity and passion for the craft. Who as a strong drive to outcome and is capable of get things done.

Somebody which is not afraid to make mistakes and that wants to learn as quickly as possible.

You’ll work directly with the founders and other senior engineers to ship fast, iterate, and learn.

What are we looking for:

- 1–2 years of working experience - Few Github Project to show-off - You code a lot - Extra-mile work ethic, low-ego, high-drive - Familiar with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) to move faster

What You’ll Do

- Ship clean, maintainable, and efficient code under the mentorship of senior engineers - Participate in debugging and troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborate with team members on feature development and bug fixes - Assist with testing and quality assurance tasks - Create and update technical documentation
