Employee Wellness & Office Vibes Assessment

Your team arrives at the office. Everything seems normal. But something isn’t right, and you can feel it. This 3-minute assessment tells you exactly what’s going on and what to do first.

It will help you evaluate how your organization is doing in key areas related to employee wellness, energy, support systems, team culture, and overall office vibes.

It is based on well-established drivers of healthy workplaces: psychological safety, sustainable energy, meaningful connection, recognition, recovery, and a positive day-to-day employee experience.
The goal is to identify strengths, gaps, and practical opportunities to improve employee well-being and team dynamics.

Section 1 – Energy, mental load & recovery

1. Are employees generally able to maintain their focus and energy throughout the day without feeling constantly overloaded or rushed?

2. Do you actively encourage real micro-breaks during the workday (movement, breathing, mental reset)?

3. Do most employees finish their workday with some energy left, rather than feeling completely drained?

4. Is the workload perceived as realistic and sustainable by the majority of teams?

5. Have you implemented concrete actions to prevent chronic fatigue or burnout, not just react when issues arise?
