Il tutto accompagnato da un ricco aperitivo con prodotti siciliani di stagione e dai canti della tradizione, che renderanno l’atmosfera ancora più magica e coinvolgente.

Sarete accolti nella cucina di un palazzo nobiliare nel cuore di Palermo, con un bicchiere di benvenuto tipico siciliano, pronti a vivere un viaggio sensoriale tra sapori, profumi e musica.

L’esperienza è curata da Rosa, siciliana doc, cuoca appassionata e cantante professionista, che saprà trasmettere con il suo talento e la sua energia tutta l’anima della Sicilia.

Avrete a disposizione tutti i materiali e gli ingredienti per realizzare la pasta fresca siciliana e i suoi condimenti, seguendo antiche ricette tramandate di generazione in generazione.

Insieme gusteremo il frutto del vostro lavoro, accompagnato da altre delizie preparate a mano e da un ottimo vino biologico siciliano, per concludere in armonia un’esperienza che coinvolge corpo, mente e cuore.

The Five Senses

A sensory and authentic experience where each guest is guided on a journey to discover ancient Sicilian flours and their transformation through the five senses — taste, smell, touch, sight, and hearing.

The experience is enriched by a generous aperitif featuring seasonal Sicilian products and the traditional songs of Sicily, creating an atmosphere that is both warm and enchanting.

You will be welcomed into the kitchen of a noble palace in the heart of Palermo, with a typical Sicilian welcome drink, ready to begin a sensory journey filled with flavours, aromas, and emotion.

The experience is curated by Rosa, a true Sicilian, passionate cook and professional singer, who will share her talent, warmth, and the soulful spirit of Sicily with every guest.

You’ll have at your disposal all the materials and ingredients needed to prepare fresh handmade Sicilian pasta and its traditional sauces, following time-honoured recipes passed down through generations.

Together, we’ll savour the fruit of your work, accompanied by other handmade delicacies and a fine organic Sicilian wine, bringing to a close an experience that awakens body, mind, and heart.
