Apply For Nutrition Coaching with The Athlete's Dietitian

Here’s what happens next.. step by step so you know exactly what to expect as you begin working with us after joining!
1. Complete Your Initial Assessment
Once you process your payment, check your email (and junk mail) for your initial assessment link.

Here you’ll share key details about your sport, training load, goals, medical history, and nutrition challenges. This helps us understand the full picture of your performance needs.

2. Get Matched With Your Dietitian & Book Your Onboarding Call
At the end of your initial assessment, based on your sport, performance goals, and support needs, you’ll be automatically assigned to either Chanise or Karly. You will be able to book in your 1v1 onboarding video call with your Dietitian within 3 working days
3. Meet Your Dietitian & Receive Your Personalised Plan
Your dietitian will review your profile and analyse your performance goals, training demands, energy needs, recovery trends, and any barriers impacting performance.

You’ll meet with your dietitian for your onboarding call, where they will walk you through exactly how to use your personalised sports nutrition meal plan. You will discuss your meal timings, competition prep, body composition and key information that will impact your results.

4. Start Coaching & Ongoing Support

Now you have your hands on your meal plan, head to the supermarket, plan out your week and start tracking your progress on your nutrition app!

Followed by ongoing communication and guidance, 3 weekly group calls, fortnightly check-ins monthly 1v1 consults and adjustments to make sure your nutrition keeps pace with your performance goals.
