I’m Alex Cooley, a graduate student in the Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) program at Pepperdine University.

My thesis explores how employees make sense of agentic AI systems—tools like AI bots, digital teammates, or decision-making copilots that operate with some autonomy and persist over time.

These systems are different from GenAI tools like ChatGPT—they're more embedded in organizational workflows and often affect decisions, roles, and collaboration patterns.

This study involves a one-time, confidential interview lasting approximately 45-60 minutes, conducted via Google Meet.
