A Short Study on Women's Wellbeing Throughout the Month

Everyone has times when their physical or emotional wellbeing changes — energy levels, mood, sleep, appetite, concentration, or other sensations.

Sometimes it is clear why this happens. Sometimes it isn't.

We are interested in how women notice these changes in everyday life and what they do when they want to better understand how they are feeling.

There are no right or wrong answers. We are only interested in your personal experience.

The survey takes approximately 5–7 minutes. Your responses are anonymous.

If you could better understand something about how you feel throughout the month, what would be most interesting to you?

Imagine that today you noticed a change in how you feel and decided to record it. What would feel like the most natural way for you to do this?

Now imagine a different approach.

Instead of filling in tables every day or choosing symptoms from long lists, you could simply describe in your own words what you noticed that day.

For example:

“I have almost no appetite today. After eating, I feel heavy for a long time, and I didn’t sleep well last night.”

The system could ask a few short follow-up questions, save this information together with data about your menstrual cycle, and over time help you identify recurring patterns in your own records.

This would be a tool for observing and understanding your own wellbeing, not a medical diagnostic tool or a substitute for a doctor.
