We want to hear what you think
We want to better understand how women in justice are portrayed and understood, what impact this may have, and what could help create change.
By women in justice, we mean:
- women with lived experience of the justice system
- women who work within justice
- women who lead within justice
We want to hear from people with different experiences and perspectives. There are no right or wrong answers.
The survey is anonymous and should take approximately 5 minutes.
Some questions explore attitudes and stereotypes relating to women and justice. You do not need to share any personal experiences and you can skip any question you would rather not answer.
You’re very welcome to complete this survey more than once. We recognise that your views may differ depending on whether you’re thinking about/ answering on behalf of women with lived experience of the justice system, women working within justice, or women in leadership. If you find yourself wanting to answer from more than one perspective, we encourage you to complete the survey again so each of those perspectives has space to be heard.
Your responses will help us understand current attitudes and inform the development of Justice Unboxed: Heard Not Hidden. Anonymous themes may also be used to support project learning, evaluation and future conversations about change.
