OPEN CALL x ARTISTS x BAAM#11⚡️⚡️⚡️

Join our 11th edition of the Berlin Artists Art Market!!


The event will take place from Friday, 5. until Sunday, 7. June 2026, in another awesome hidden venue in our beloved Berlin. Please submit your proposals, including pictures and personal data, by filling out the following application form.

Deadline: Friday, 3. April at 6 pm. Results will be published on Friday,  8. May 2026. All kinds of artworks are accepted, such as paintings, drawings, sculptures, prints, photographs, installations, mixed media, etc.

• Price Range: Your artworks can be priced between €50 to €10000, including your taxes and the 30% commission of BAAM. Remember, keep it affordable!

• Artwork Limits: Submit your proposals up to 10 small-format no-framed pieces (max. A2) for table display, and max. 10 artworks for wall hanging (no size limit). As the space is limited, the curators will decide how many works of your proposal are going to be displayed.

• Application fee of 10€ (FREE for students). This small commission will help us support the review of a large number of proposals. Thank you for your understanding! 

• Artists origin: BAAM focuses on supporting artists from Berlin, however we allow participation of up to 20% of artists from other cities and countries in order to promote the cultural exchange between our artists and supporters.

For Accepted Artists:

• Participation Fee: Accepted artists pay a registration fee of 40€ (20€ for students) and sign a contract before the market.

• Commission Split: You'll receive 70% of the net sale price -tax included-, while BAAM keeps 30% to cover the whole production of the event.  

• Tax Requirements: Make sure you have a tax number to issue invoices in Germany. If you are registered to pay taxes in another country, we need your Certificate of fiscal residency.
• Set up and dismounting: It is the exclusive responsibility of the accepted artists. The set-up will take place 3 days before the opening between Monday 1. and Wednesday 3. June; the dismounting will take place on Monday 8. June. In case you are not able to set-up your artworks by yourself, you will be able to book a private assistant to support you for 50€.

Please note that the number of artists taking part in each BAAM is limited, this always depends on the size of the venue and our work capacity. Thanks for your understanding!

Attach a link where we can see part of your work as an artists. This could be a website, an instagram account or an online portfolio.

7. LINK TO ARTWORK-PROPOSALS* 
Attach a link where we can see and download images of the works you want to sell. Please make 2 folder, one for proposals for the table and other for the wall works (we recommend Google Drive, Dropbox or similar). 
The pictures should have the name of the artists, the name of the artwork and the size and price (Artists_Artwork_Size_Price). One picture max. per artwork in jpg. or similar format. *Please take care of giving us access to your folders and do not use transfer systems with expiry date like WeTransfer. 

8. LINK TO PRICE LIST AND TECHNICAL SHEET: 
Attach your price list with work names and technical information (measurement, technique, year). 
We recommend using Google Drive or Dropbox as the easiest way. *Please do not use transfer systems with expiry date like WeTransfer. 

9. SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Give us a short description of your vita and/or the motivation behind your work. Please no more than 200 words!
