ESN National Erasmus Games (NEG) Participant Sign-Up Form

Introduction

Welcome to the registration for the National Erasmus Games in the marvellous city of Zürich, where you can not only show off your skills on the pitch but also enjoy fun activities on the sidelines. 

For this friendly competition your section can participate in teams of 3-5 in basketball 🏀, in groups of 6-8 for volleyball 🏐 and in 4-6 for futsal ⚽️. 


Short reminder: 

There are 2 different registration periods. The first one starts today until Sunday 22nd. In this period each section can sign up one team per sport. It is important that every team has at least 1/3 female players as at all times 1/3 females need to be playing. Should you not be able to reach this, we may still accept the team but build a disadvantage for the team. So please try to have 1/3 females for each team. Also every person can only be signed up for one sport as schedules will overlap.

After the registration, we will allocate the teams and then open a second round to distribute the rest of the spots we have left 📈


You also have the possibility to add spectators, who can cheer from the sidelines!

Each section may register one full team per sport. Team sizes must comply with the following limits:

• Basketball: 3–5 players • Volleyball: 6–8 players • Futsal: 4–6 players

Gender requirement: Each team should include at least 1/3 female players. During matches, at least 1/3 of the players on the field must be female at all times.

Teams that do not meet this requirement may still be accepted, but a competitive disadvantage may be applied. Please aim to meet the one-third female requirement for each team.

Important: Each participant may register for only one sport, as match schedules will overlap.
