Sita Bio is building next-gen implantation platforms that recreate key aspects of the maternal–fetal interface in a controlled, perfused system. We have a working prototype and are now focused on making it robust, easy to use, and ready for scale.
In this role, you will own device design and iteration end-to-end: improving reliability (targeting <10% failure rate), defining QC and usability standards, and designing a next-generation multiplex chip compatible with high-throughput imaging and secretome workflows. You’ll work closely with our scientists to translate biological requirements into repeatable engineering.
CAD experience, device ownership, reliability/debugging mindset, biomaterials/cell-compatibility judgment, and a portfolio or examples of relevant work.
