L7V is looking for a hungry, entrepreneurial Chief of Staff to work directly with the founder of our firm as we scale to becoming a globally recognized, iconic brand.
You’ll take on the most important role in the company, running day-to-day operations on our various business and investment units.
This is a hybrid role with a mix of in-person and remote hours.
You’ll have opportunities to meet some of the world's leading experts in business, travel to exotic locations, and gain access to our founders' network.
The requirements for this role are minimal, although fluent/native level English and strong conversational Japanese are required. You should also be quite tech savvy - up to date on the latest evolutions of AI and what's trending now. We care much more about what you have accomplished vs. what your resume lists as skills.
Additionally, you should be comfortable with ambiguity and have a positive can-do attitude. This is a role with serious upside – as the firm grows our founder will be actively helping you grow and develop into a top-level leader.
